THE OAK ROOM

£110 per room per night.

THE BEST ROOM

£130 per room per night.

Please note: Prices are per room, same rates apply for single occupancy.

Bookings

Acceptance of your booking will be made by us (and a contract concluded) when we have received 50% of the total booked stay advance deposit from you.

As there is no agent involved in this booking process, the contract is between you as the Customer and us as the Business. The balance of the payment will be requested by us on your departure.

Damages

We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the establishment, or the fabric of the establishment itself, damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event we will invoice you with copies of invoice(s) for the costs incurred.

Availability

Should there be an exceptional event which means that we cannot accept a booked guest a full refund will be given. If at all possible we will do our utmost to find an alternative accommodation but we cannot be responsible if this is not possible.

Prices

Room rates shown on our website are per room, per night and include all taxes. Room rates are subject to change. Prices are quoted inclusive of any VAT payable.

Terms and Conditions

• - Check-in time : is after 17.00
• - Check-out time : before 10.00 to enable us to us to maintain our high standards.
• - Complaints : If you have any complaint please notify us immediately at Hall. Please note that complaints are easily dealt with whilst you are on the property.
• - Regrettably no Pets are allowed
• - No children (under 18)
• - No Smoking
• - Breakfast from 0800 (earlier if by prior arrangement)

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made by email or telephone +44(0) 1271 342704 at least 48 hours prior to 1700 hours on your planned arrival date. If the room is cancelled within 48 hours of 1700 on your planned arrival date no refund is payable. If the room is cancelled prior to 48 hours of 1700 on your planned arrival date a full refund is payable.

Registration

We are required by law to maintain a register of our guests. Residents of the United Kingdom and/or the European Union will on check-in be required to provide full names and addresses. All other guests must on check-in produce and provide details of a valid passport and details of their next destination. This information will be retained for 12 months.

Parking

We have secure, off road parking available for guests. Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the car owners’ risk.

Termination Policy

Hall Bed and Breakfast reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate without notice an individual’s stay where deemed necessary
